Frank started with us in Aug 2021. While punctual, he gave us a very tough time learning anything new.
While we tried to teach him new skills from time to time, it was always met with resistance. Therefore, We decided to assign a limited role to him.
Between May 1st and May 5th, 2023 took three days off and stopped responding to any message once payroll was distributed.
Problem: As a permanent employee, he was required to furnish a one-month notice period, but he decided to walk away and vanish without communicating it to the company.
