Job Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for e-Commerce experienced professional, who is goal oriented, result driven and highly motivated individual, to work in our Customers order processing and Order Fulfillment team in Business Operations department.

Job Description

Responsibility includes but not limited to, manage and execute Customer Order Fulfillment process, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Track, document and handle all issues arising from supplier end, to inventory status, to shipment issues and to customer delivery. Follow the instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, and works under immediate supervision and reports to the manager.

Manage Customer Order Processing and Fulfillment.
Manage Return/Replacement process of orders.
Manage and process international orders.
Make sure that Shipment tracking are properly updated and no order is pending without a justification.
Work with suppliers to process and shipment of orders most cost effective method and efficiently.
Works with the suppliers and other venders to assess supply time lines based on workloads and inventory levels.
Responsible for Purchase price analysis and perform price comparison, to communicate and get best price/minimum price match from suppliers (track credits).
Pro-actively seeks out ways to exceed client expectations.
Works closely with line manager to ensure that current and future suppliers are identified and customer needs are addressed.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

Skills Required

2 to 3 years of Order Fulfillment experience in a high volume e-Commerce online store and/or e-Marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc.
Experience in Order Fulfillment processing, merchandise return process.
Have experience in working with shipment companies such as (UPS, USPS).
Must have prior experience with computer business applications commonly used in e-Commerce business.
Candidate must have good command over written and spoken English.

Plus Skills

Experience with e-Commerce business platform.
